SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Pre-orders are scheduled to ship in April 2026. You will receive a
shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order
leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom,
European Union, Japan, Australia, and Hong Kong SAR.
Shipping Times (estimated after dispatch)
• United States & Canada: 5–8 business days
• United Kingdom & EU: 7–12 business days
• Japan & Australia: 6–10 business days
• Rest of world: 10–18 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.
Free shipping applies to orders over $1000.
Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your destination country
and are the responsibility of the recipient. For EU orders, VAT is
collected where applicable.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also
track your order status from your account page.
